Marty

Marty has been active in K-9 SAR for nearly 20 years.  He has acted as both Incident command and K-9 handler for Live and Cadaver Recovery Searches.  He is an active member of NASAR a SARTECH III, and has FEMA Certifications at various IC levels.  He is the Founder of North Central Ohio K-9 Search and Rescue.
